SUSPENSION APPEAL PROCESS

If a team feels that they would like to appeal a player's suspension, they must first pay a $25 bond. This bond would be sent via paypal http://www.paypal.com to bill@mlrh.com

The team posting the bond will then submit a statement as to why they feel the player in question should not be suspended to the MLRH Board. This email is sent to doug@mlrh.com Once the email is received the board shall review and render a "written decision" on the status of the suspension. This may include interviews and statements from game officials, Festival directors, MLRH staff, etc. No hearing is set up. The board will review and ask if they need any correspondence.

If the player is found not at fault, the bond will be refunded and the player reinstated

If the suspension is upheld, the bond is forfeited and the player serves the suspension

The following players/personnel have been suspended indefinitely from all MLRH activities and events

How many 2009 -2010 regular season games?
14 games are played

How many games must a player compete in to qualify for playoffs?
A player must play "5" games and be verified by a festival director or MLRH staff member

Are there any player association fees?
Players must pay a $30 fee for player's association fees. No player may compete without it.

Why are you playing festivals?
MLRH has recently began using "festivals" to help us have teams compete a large number of scheduled games with little difficulty and or travel. This helps save on multiple travel games and excessive road costs

Is there a board that governs MLRH?
MLRH in December 2009, elected a board which helps govern the league and it's rules for the better of the sport and all participants. The board meets weekly with all owners in a conference call to resolve all issues and discuss new ideas and suggestions
